Vaudoise Insurance is looking for a customer support employee for its general agency in Zug, Switzerland, to assist customers with questions and claims. The position includes, among other things, the settlement of claims, the preparation of offers and direct customer contact.

Customer support employee (m/f/d) 100%Tasks
- Settlement of claims within the competence of the general agency
- Preparation and processing of quotations from all insurance sectors as well as the completion of all associated administrative tasks with direct customer contact
- Active cooperation with our sales representatives and brokers
- Direct customer contact on the phone and at reception
Requirements
- Commercial training in the insurance industry and experience in customer support and claims processing for an all-lines insurer
- High level of service with a structured and efficient way of working
- Independent, reliable and balanced personality
- Stylistically confident written and spoken German
- Knowledge of French and other languages is an advantage
