Tasks

• Preparation of offers in the areas of non-life and private pension provision
• Opening of claims and settlement of small claims
• Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Aussendienstmitarbeitern
• Direct customer contact on the phone and at the counter

Requirements

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung in der Versicherungsbranche und Erfahrung im Kundensupport eines Allbranchversicherers
• VVB certification or industry-specific further training (e.g. specialist certificate) is an advantage
• High level of service with a structured and efficient way of working
• Independent, reliable and balanced personality
• Organisations talent
• Stiliches Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
• Knowledge of French and other languages is an advantage
