Vaudoise is looking for a customer support employee (m/f/d) to join its team in Dübendorf to support demanding insurance brokers and provide high-quality services. The position includes a variety of tasks such as broker support, preparation of quotes and administrative activities.

Tasks
- Supervision and support for our discerning insurance brokers
- Support for our broker advisors, primarily in the corporate sector
- Erstellung von Offerten sowie Übernahme von Verwaltungstätigkeiten
- Bestandesanpassung, Erneuerung und Bearbeitung von Sachversicherungen
- Calculation of premiums and handling of correspondence
- Operation of the broker and customer telephone
- Participation in projects
- Support for customer support in the technical area in all non-life sectors
Requirements
- Completed training in the insurance industry and VVG, federal certificate of competence an advantage
- Confident written and spoken German
- French and English an advantage
- Independent work and flexibility
- Sales and customer-oriented
