Job description
Tasks
- Preparation of offers in the private and corporate sector
- Active cooperation with our sales representatives
- Close cooperation with our brokers
- Direct customer contact on the phone and at the counter
- Opening of claims and settlement of small claims
Requirements
- Commercial training in the insurance industry and several years of experience in customer support at an all-lines insurer
- In-depth insurance knowledge of private and occupational pensions as well as non-life personal insurance (UVG/UVG-ZKTG) and other company insurances
- High level of service with a structured and precise way of working
- Independent, reliable and balanced personality
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Federal insurance certificate desirable
