Customer support employee (m/f/x) 60%

Vaudoise is looking for a customer support representative (60%) for its general agency in Schwyz, Switzerland, to assist the team with customer service and administrative tasks. The position requires experience in customer support, commercial training in the insurance industry, and strong communication skills.

Tasks

  • Creating and processing quotations and completing all related administrative tasks in the field of brokerage insurance with direct customer contact
  • Posting and processing premium receipts, in particular incorrect payments, as well as work related to dunning
  • Settlement of claims within the competence of the general agency
  • Active cooperation with our sales representatives and brokers
  • Direct customer contact on the phone and at reception

Requirements

  • Commercial training in the insurance industry and experience in customer support at an all-lines insurer
  • High level of service with a structured and efficient way of working
  • Independent, reliable and balanced personality
  • Fluent written and spoken German
  • Knowledge of French and other languages is an advantage
