Tasks

• Active cooperation with the sales representatives of our brokers
• Supporting the concerns of our brokers
• Customer service on the phone and at the counter
• Opening of claims and settlement of small claims
• Support with the renovation measures

Requirements

• Several years of insurance experience, preferably with VVG
• High customer orientation and always friendly and helpful demeanor
• Fluent written and spoken German
• Independence and flexibility
• Structured and precise way of working
• Calm and confident manner even in difficult situations
