Tasks

Active cooperation with the sales representatives of our brokers
Supporting the concerns of our brokers
Customer service on the phone and at the counter
Opening of claims and settlement of small claims
Support with the renovation measures

Requirements

Several years of insurance experience, preferably with VVB
High level of concentration and always friendly and helpful demeanor
Fluent written and spoken German
Self-confidence and flexibility
Structured and precise way of working
Calm and confident manner even in difficult situations
