The position involves direct customer contact, claims settlement, and collaboration with field staff and brokers.
Job description
Customer support employee (m/f/x) 60%Tasks
- Preparing and processing quotations and completing all related administrative tasks in the area of property insurance with direct customer contact
- Posting and processing of premium receipts, in particular incorrect payments, as well as work related to dunning procedures
- Settlement of claims within the competence of the general agency
- Active cooperation with our sales representatives and brokers
- Direct customer contact on the phone and at reception
Requirements
- Commercial training in the insurance industry and experience in customer support at an all-lines insurer
- High level of service with a structured and efficient way of working
- Independent, reliable and balanced personality
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Knowledge of French and other languages is an advantage
