Vaudoise, a leading Swiss insurance company, is looking for a customer support employee for its General Agency Central Switzerland in Schwyz to handle customer inquiries and perform administrative tasks. The position includes, among other things, the settlement of claims, cooperation with field staff and brokers as well as direct customer contact.
Job description
Customer support employee (m/f/x) 60%Tasks
- Preparation and processing of quotations as well as the completion of all associated administrative tasks in the area of asset insurance with direct customer contact
- Booking and processing of incoming premiums, in particular incorrect payments and work in connection with the dunning process
- Settlement of claims within the competence of the general agency
- Active cooperation with our sales representatives and brokers
- Direct customer contact on the phone and at reception
Requirements
- Commercial training in the insurance industry and experience in customer support at an all-lines insurer
- High level of service with a structured and efficient way of working
- Independent, reliable and balanced personality
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Knowledge of French and other languages is an advantage
