Employee Lifecycle Management for Structured Products
The bank is looking for a Lifecycle Management Specialist for structured products in Zurich who will support sales and product development and optimize processes. For this position, which requires an 80–100% work commitment, candidates must have completed a banking apprenticeship, have some professional experience in the financial sector, and have a strong interest in derivatives.
Tasks
- Supporting Sales and Product Development
- Supporting the sales and trading teams in the equities division
- Maintaining master data and entering transactions in back-office systems
- Coordinating and Solving Ad Hoc Problems
- Coordinating and resolving ad hoc production issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as well as IT departments
- Utilizing and Promoting Digital Solutions
- Utilizing and Promoting Digital Solutions and Automation
- Process Optimization and Digitalization Initiatives
- A responsible liaison role in a dynamic environment
- Continuously optimize processes
- Collaborate with our Sales, Legal, and IT departments to further develop our bank's derivatives business
Requirements
- Completed banking apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by additional training in finance or currently enrolled in such a program
- Initial professional experience in the field of finance
- A strong interest in derivatives and structured products
- Experience working on projects, ideally in the finance sector
- A reliable, independent, and service-oriented approach to work
- Ability to handle pressure and work well with others in a dynamic environment
- Very good knowledge of German and English
