AEK Service AG is looking for a logistics employee (100%) to ensure the smooth running of its logistics work in the areas of maintenance and operations. The position includes various tasks such as materials handling, administration, coin processing and ATM support.
Job description: Logistics employee 100%
Your tasks:
- Assistance with all logistical tasks, e.g. handling materials, preparing meeting rooms, shredding files, etc.
- Collaboration in the administration
- Collaboration in coin processing for our external customers
- Supervision of external ATMs incl. troubleshooting during office opening hours
- Managing the cash register logistics (incl. daily closing list in cash processing)
- Assistance with the organization of exhibitions and events
- Distribution and processing of daily internal and external mail
- Management of archive storage in compliance with retention periods
- Participation in interdepartmental cooperation and projects
- Collaboration in house maintenance
Requirements:
- with technical training
- Independent, fast and structured way of working and good problem-solving skills
- High degree of trustworthiness and sense of responsibility
- Organizational talent and flexibility
- Good physical condition
- Good PC user skills
- Driving license Cat. B
- Driving license Cat. C1 + BE advantageous or willingness to acquire one
