Job description

Tasks

  • Administrative support for HR, junior staff and marketing managers
  • Managing the social media channels including content creation
  • Planning, creation and implementation of campaigns, advertising measures and sales promotions
  • Maintaining, creating and updating content on our homepage
  • Sponsorship management
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings at C-level (bank management and Board of Directors)
  • Preparation of presentations for meetings and workshops

Requirements

  • Completed or ongoing business studies (HFW/H), ideally with a focus on "Marketing" or "Human Resources"
  • Interest in the Swiss financial center
  • Precise, efficient and reliable way of working
  • Responsible and independent person
  • Team player and entrepreneurial personality
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills
  • Discreet handling of sensitive information
  • Local roots in the Brugg/Windisch/Gebenstorff region an advantage
