Tasks

• In your role in our team, you are mainly responsible for the area of dispositions and thus for the access and rights of our customers and their authorized representatives.
• Responsible for the entire bank for the management of access and rights.

Requirements

• Commercial banking apprenticeship and completed higher vocational training with a federal diploma FH/HF or completed studies at a university.
• Specialist knowledge in the area of availability, ideally with a few years of practical professional experience in customer service.
• Experience in project and/or product management.
• Independent, responsible and precise work.
• Credible and strong negotiating skills and winning communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of stakeholder management.
• Analysis of complex issues.
• Planning, organizational, analytical and conceptual skills.
• Very good knowledge of German.
