- Supporting project management and projects by organizing and following up on project meetings, workshops, and committee meetings. - Ensuring proper project administration, filing structures, and task and deadline tracking (across all tools). - Assisting with reporting as well as ongoing invoice and cost control. - Supporting the project management team and project teams with questions regarding projects/status and the processes of the tools used, so that the team is always up to date.Requirements
- You have completed vocational training or a degree in business or a related field. - You have some experience in a PMO or in IT. - You have a fundamental interest in digitalization and IT, and have acquired a solid understanding of banking-specific fundamentals. - You are known for your reliability, ability to see the big picture, and a strong commitment to transparency. - You take a high degree of personal responsibility for the professional tasks assigned to you and, based on your experience, are accustomed to communicating respectfully with various stakeholders.We offer
