Tasks

• Warm welcome and support for our discerning clientele at our locations in Zurich
• Coordination and maintenance of meeting rooms
• Preparation and follow-up of conference rooms (e.g. setting up projector presentations/ replenishing materials)
• Individual hospitality for our clients and guests (in the meeting rooms and client lounges)
• Building access control incl. management of employee and visitor bathrooms
• Operation of the alarm center (incl. opening and closing of the main entrance)
• Ordering office supplies, etc.
• Professional answering of incoming calls (identifying issues and forwarding them to the relevant contact person)
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel to support colleagues at locations throughout Switzerland
• Sporadic assignments for evening work and customer events

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably in the service sector, e.g. hotel industry, gastronomy, airline industry (cabin crew member) etc.
• Several years of experience in a comparable position
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss German, German, as well as good knowledge of English and French or Italian (written and spoken); other languages an advantage
• Good PC user skills (MS Office: Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Customer-oriented attitude, high service orientation and willingness to serve
• Very good organizational skills, independent and precise way of working, impeccable and discreet manners and empathy
