Job description

Tasks

• Payment transactions, processing of approvals, error clarifications, accounting for the various payment transaction and processing services
• Pre- and post-processing of payments
• Plan processing of requests for information
• Smooth handling of customer inquiries, provision of information by telephone and transfer to the responsible contact person
• Collaboration in process and system optimization for the estimation of optimal administrative services for the bank
• Plan processing of current and periodic control
• Internal departmental control
• Shared responsibility Prevention of money laundering

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a businessman/ businesswoman in the banking sector
• Experience/knowledge in the area of money transactions an advantage
• Service-oriented thinking and acting
• Independent, careful and structured way of working
• Team player with quick perception and high quality awareness
• Flexibility and willingness to constantly develop
