Employee: Support Pension Brokerage (BVG, KTG, UVG, UVGZ)

The job advertisement is seeking an employee in the area of pension brokerage support who will advise customers in the start-up phase and take on administrative tasks. The position is 60-100% permanent or temporary in Zurich with an attractive salary package and extensive fringe benefits.

Tasks

As an employee in Support Pension Brokerage (BVG, KTG, UVG, UVGZ), you can expect the following tasks:
  • Advising clients during the start-up phase
  • Responding to verbal and written inquiries from customers, providers, and internal departments
  • Preparation of correspondence, quotations, tenders, evaluations, and presentations
  • Management of mandate administration, control and processing of provider invoices, and preparation of customer invoices
  • Handling daily administrative tasks
  • Participation in internal working groups and projects

Requirements

For this position, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
  • Completed basic commercial training (banking or insurance advantageous)
  • Completed broker examination (VBV) or certified financial advisor (IAF)
  • At least two years of experience in the field of BVG and group insurance
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Independent, responsible, and quality-conscious approach to work
  • Flexible and team-oriented personality
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
