Test and Contract Management Specialist

Tasks

• Development of appropriate test strategies and test procedures.
• Further development of test registers and test processes, including the definition of quality metrics
• Responsibility for measuring, analyzing, and reporting test results (KPIs)
• Maintenance and ongoing updating of the contract inventory, ensuring that all contracts are recorded completely and in accordance with the agreement
• Monitoring contract terms, notice periods, and expiring documents, as well as initiating review processes in a timely manner
• Managing and updating standard contracts and templates in coordination with the team, and ensuring that the most current versions are used

Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT operations, test management, and quality assurance, preferably with relevant continuing education
• Strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work, and excellent communication skills
• A customer-oriented, independent, and resilient individual with high standards for quality
• Languages: Business-fluent German, English (Level B2)
