Sales Support and Marketing Associate (m/f/d)
Raiffeisenbank in Kassel is seeking a part-time (60–80%) employee for sales support and marketing. The position involves planning and implementing marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities, as well as supporting the sales team to strengthen the bank’s market position.
Tasks
- Integrated support for business units in the efficient planning and implementation of marketing and sales initiatives
- Planning and implementation of customer activities, presentation materials, and all types of events and event formats (e.g., customer evenings, conferences, exhibitions), with a focus on customer needs and brand value creation
- Rapid exchange of information on the market, customers, and competitive landscape through various channels (e.g., social media, print media, online)
- Cultivate customer relationships, build a strong and active network, maintain a competitive market position, and support our sales team
