The role

Do you enjoy customer contact by telephone and demonstrating your communication skills in challenging customer conversations and in several national languages on a daily basis?

As an employee in pre-authorized debt collection, you are responsible for your own customer portfolio and process consumer credit receivables at risk of default. You will be in regular contact with customers and respond to requests and agreed solutions.

Main tasks

• You will independently manage a client portfolio in connection with debt collection measures in German and French
• You independently work out payment agreements with customers and monitor their compliance
• Creation and dispatch of reminders, contract terminations and invoices
• Initiation of coercive measures such as debt collection or seizure in accordance with defined processes
• Prompt and competent handling of incoming written and telephone customer inquiries

What we wish for

• Basic commercial training, possibly supplemented by further training in banking
• Several years of experience in lending
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Resilient and service-oriented personality
• Stylistically confident German and fluent French
