Pension Plan Administrator (40%)

Entris Banking is seeking a staff member for its Pension Center (40% position) to assist with administrative tasks and provide advisory services in the pension business. The position requires basic business training, professional experience in the pension or banking sector, and strong teamwork skills.

Tasks

The tasks include:
  • Administrative support and advisory services for our client banks in the pension business (2nd and 3rd pillars)
  • Assistance with the preparation of business transactions
  • Assistance with preparing securities orders
  • Joint responsibility as the point of contact for client banks, pension funds, insurance companies, and government agencies
  • Assistance with general coordination and monitoring tasks
  • Support for the ongoing optimization and automation of operational processes

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:
  • Basic commercial training
  • Professional experience in the pension or banking sector
  • Interest in Swiss social insurance (2nd and 3rd pillars)
  • Native German speaker, ideally with a good command of French
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and a knack for numbers
  • Strong teamwork skills, independence, and flexibility
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Willingness to learn new things
