Employee Benefits Specialist

Entris Banking is seeking a staff member in the Pension Planning department (80–100%) to support client banks in the area of pension planning and to process transactions independently. The position offers modern working conditions, flexible hours, and a dynamic work environment within a well-coordinated team.

Tasks

  • Providing administrative support and assistance to our client banks in the pension sector (2nd and 3rd pillars)
  • Independent processing of business cases
  • Processing securities orders
  • Contact person for client banks, pension funds, insurance companies, and authorities
  • General coordination and control tasks
  • Ongoing operational optimization and automation of processes

Requirements

  • Basic commercial training
  • Professional experience in the pension or banking sector
  • Interest in Swiss social insurance (2nd and 3rd pillars)
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and strong proficiency in Excel and working with numbers
  • Strong teamwork skills, independence, and flexibility
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Willingness to learn new things
