Job description

Your tasks

• Management of the finance and risk management unit, including budgeting for all Swisscanto shares and private label partners
• Risk management for all legal entities of the Swisscanto Group and the investment funds of private label partners
• Ensuring investment compliance for all investment funds
• Instruction and supervision of tasks delegated by the fund management company
• Close cooperation, coordination, and point of contact for the relevant topics with the responsible departments within Zürcher Kantonalbank
• Coordination and point of contact for the external auditing firm and FINMA
• Management of the division across several management levels with around 45 specialists

Your profile

• Completed higher education in business administration or economics (university or university of applied sciences)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position or experience in direct and indirect staff management
• Conceptual and strategic thinking skills and a structured approach
• Extensive expertise in the field of collective investment schemes and the various legal and regulatory frameworks
• Independent, precise, and reliable way of working, as well as a high level of quality awareness
• Flexible, team-oriented, communicative, and resilient personality with strong assertiveness skills
• Very good German and good English skills
