Member of the Board of Directors of Raiffeisenbank Olten (f/m/d)

Tasks

As a member of the Board of Directors, you are jointly responsible for

• the appropriate and effective supervision of the bank's business management.
• the financial situation and development of the Bank
• developing and defining the Raiffeisen bank's strategy and reviewing its implementation
• compliance with laws and regulations and for risk management.

Within the Board of Directors you are responsible for

• Developments and challenges in the Swiss banking landscape.
• the assessment of regional market developments and their influence on the bank's own strategy.
• the pursuit of strategic initiatives and projects initiated by Raiffeisen Switzerland and their implementation in the strategy of its own Raiffeisen bank.
• Monitoring the regular status meeting in close coordination with the Chairman and the entire Board of Directors.
• ensuring that the decisions made by the BoD are consistently implemented in operational and financial planning.
• monitoring the implementation of the planned market application.

Requirements

• As a member of our bank, you can identify with the cooperative values and management principles of Raiffei- sen.
• You have broad professional experience in specialist, leadership and/or management functions, but in particular you have in-depth knowledge and experience in the main tasks for which you are responsible, ideally as a company director, CEO or member of the executive board.
• They are able to holistically assess strategic issues in a changing industry and to provide ongoing orientation in discussions on the further development of the bank.
• They are well anchored in the Olten region and are prepared to participate in local social life and maintain an active network with the various stakeholders from business, politics and society.
