Tasks

• Appropriate and prudent management of the bank
• Coordination and Oversight of the Bank
• Developing and establishing resource guidelines (including guidelines for monitoring their implementation)
• Development of Principles and Regulations (including those for financial management)

Requirements

• Ability to successfully address a bank’s strategic challenges and help shape the bank’s future from a management perspective
• In-depth knowledge of banking
• Availability of the necessary time (approximately 15 days per year) and willingness to participate in accountability-focused discussion formats (including hands-on experience)
• Willingness to regularly contribute insights on current challenges and vulnerabilities in the banking sector (including their implications for the economy, politics, and society)
