• Location: Biel/BE
• Travel: 16–20 days per year
• Start: July 14, 2027
• Contract: 24 months

Your role

• As a member of the Board of Directors, you are responsible for the strategic management, oversight, and control of the bank.
• They play a constructive role in the further development and implementation of the strategy, the oversight of management, and the assessment of risks and financial decisions.

Your profile

• Exceptional, long-term management experience in the financial sector (preferably in a regional banking environment)
• a solid understanding of management and compliance-related requirements
• Extensive experience in real estate and mortgages, real estate broker, appraisal, development, financial markets, accounting, K.I. Audit
• distinctive specialized digital expertise
• a higher-level vocational or business education (business, computer science, economics, or equivalent)
• proven expertise in strategic management consulting (particularly as board members)
• a high level of expertise in the development and implementation of corporate strategies
• strong analytical, strategic, and business acumen, as well as excellent decision-making skills
• Integrity, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility
• a clear understanding of and a keen sense for the region
• excellent analytical skills and all the necessary technical knowledge
• Enjoyment of constructive and collegial collaboration within the committee
