Mobile advisor for private and business customers
The position as Mobile Advisor for Private and Business Clients at Valiant in Brugg offers the opportunity to build your own client portfolio and advise discerning private and business clients. The position requires a high degree of independence, mobility, and strong communication skills, as well as experience in client contact and banking expertise.
Tasks
You will:- the expert contact for the self-employed, SMEs, and discerning private clients, providing them with comprehensive advice
- Build and expand your own customer portfolio
- Sell our products and services professionally, quickly, and in line with customer needs.
- Approximately 50% of the time spent at the office, with customers on site, on assignment
- Customers to others as part of cross-selling/upselling
Requirements
You bring:- Completed training and several years of experience before first customer contact
- Up-to-date specialist knowledge and completed further training in banking
- Affinity and experience in customer contact with a very high level of recognition of needs and expectations
- high degree of independence and high degree of mobility
- Strong communication skills, goal and service orientation
