Mobile advisor for private and business customers

Tasks

You will:

• the competent contact person for self-employed persons, SMEs, and independent private customers, providing them with comprehensive advice
• Build and expand your own customer portfolio
• sell our products and services professionally and in line with demand
• Approximately 30% of the time spent at the office, on site with customers, in the field
• Customers to others as part of cross-selling/upselling

Requirements

You bring:

• Completed training and several years of experience before first customer contact
• Up-to-date specialist knowledge and completed further training in banking
• Affinity and experience in customer service with a very high level of awareness of needs and expectations
• High degree of independence and mobility
• Strong communication skills, goal and service orientation
