Mortgage Officer 100% (m/f/d) - (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start date until Q1 2028, with possible extension)Tasks
- Organization and handling of ranking management and mortgage-related matters
- Initiation and coordination of legal securities, in particular real estate liens and additional securities, in cooperation with notaries, land registries, and internal departments
- Written and telephone communication with internal interfaces such as mortgage processors, relationship managers, as well as external partners and authorities
- Processing incoming applications for mortgage and current positions from all parts of Switzerland
- Ensuring complete and audit-proof documentation in accordance with internal guidelines and banking regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Completed degree in finance, business administration, or basic commercial training (KV) with verifiable further training in banking or credit services
- 3+ years of professional experience in operational mortgage business at a bank or financial institution in Switzerland
- Solid understanding of Swiss mortgage law, real estate mortgages, and standardized credit processes
- Willingness to collaborate in a collegial and dynamic team environment
