Mortgage Officer (French-Speaking) - Romandy Region, Full-Time (f/m/d)
As a Mortgage Officer for the Romandie region, you will be responsible for credit risk assessment and compliance reviews for mortgages for private banking clients. This full-time position in Zurich requires 3–5 years of experience in the mortgage industry, knowledge of Swiss banking regulations, and fluency in French.
Job Description
- Serve as the second line of defense in mortgage underwriting for domestic and international private banking clients.
- Assess credit risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the front line in providing sound mortgage solutions.
- Work closely with mortgage advisors, relationship managers, and partnership managers.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; or a relevant professional qualification may be considered.
- 3–5+ years of experience in mortgage lending, ideally within a private banking wealth management setting.
- A solid understanding of mortgage underwriting, product structures, and risk mitigation techniques.
- Familiarity with Swiss banking regulations and frameworks.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results.
