MS AD / Entra ID Engineer - Active Directory
Nomura is seeking a 6-month contractor in London for the position of MS AD / Entra ID Engineer with expertise in Active Directory, Windows Server, and identity management. The role involves configuring AD DS, Azure AD Enterprise, and multi-factor authentication within the Authentication/MFA & Directory Services division.
Duties and Technical Requirements
- Expertise in configuring Windows Server
- Expertise in configuring AD DS (Active Directory Domain Services) and AD RMS (Rights Management Services)
- Identity Management and Deployment
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell, scripting, and automation
- Exchange Server
- DHCP and DNS
- Linux
- Deployment of Backup Domain Controllers
- Multi-Factor Authentication with Microsoft Authenticator
- Strong knowledge of and experience setting up Azure AD Enterprise and its associated software
- Experience with Ping AM's Identity product line / Ping IDs
- Subject-matter expertise in Active Directory technologies, including:
- Tiered Administration Models
- Design and Implementation of Organizational Units (OU)
- Group Policy Management and Deployment
- DHCP and DNS Integration
- Managing Secure Configuration
- 100% IT Equipment and End-User Systems
