Multi-Asset Execution Specialist
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Multi-Asset Execution Specialist in Zurich who will be responsible for executing client orders across various asset classes and will work closely with relationship managers and portfolio management teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 3–4 years of experience in executing client orders and excellent problem-solving skills.

The position of Multi-Asset Execution Specialist involves executing client orders across all asset classes, such as stocks/ETFs, exchange-traded derivatives, OTC derivatives, and structured products, as well as bonds and digital assets.Tasks
The tasks include:- Execution of customer orders across all asset classes
- Providing execution advice and support to relationship managers and portfolio management teams in private banking
- Direct interaction with Direct Access and UHNW clients to facilitate the technical execution of orders
- Support for the continuous improvement of the customer journey across all aspects of execution using a multi-asset-class approach
- Monitoring orders from a best-execution perspective and ensuring compliance with internal policies
- Resolution of Discrepancies in the Delivery and Settlement of Securities
- Dedicated support for our ultra-high-net-worth clients regarding OTC equity derivatives to ensure seamless implementation, optimal trade execution, and support
- Responsibility for the accurate processing, monitoring, confirmation, and settlement of derivative transactions, in strict compliance with service-level and compliance requirements
Requirements
The requirements include:- At least 3–4 years of experience executing client orders in OTC derivatives, exchange-traded derivatives, digital assets, and stocks/ETFs
- First-rate customer relationship management, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to meeting the highest service standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and continuously improving processes and systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and across functions, with a strong commitment to excellence, integrity, and outstanding customer service
- Ability to quickly identify and solve problems by applying sound judgment to deliver efficient and effective solutions
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure
- A positive mindset, passion for the role, and strong personal resilience
- Fluent in German and English
