Multi-Asset Execution Specialist

Tasks

• Your responsibilities include executing client orders across all asset classes, such as stocks/ETFs, exchange-traded derivatives, OTC derivatives, and structured products, as well as bonds and digital assets
• Providing execution advice and support to relationship managers and portfolio management teams in private banking
• Direct interaction with Direct Access and UHNW clients to facilitate the technical execution of orders
• Play a key role in continuously improving the customer journey across all aspects of execution as part of a multi-asset approach
• Monitoring of orders from the perspective of best execution and compliance with internal policies
• Resolution of Discrepancies in the Delivery and Settlement of Securities
• Dedicated support for our ultra-high-net-worth clients regarding OTC equity derivatives to ensure seamless implementation, optimal trade execution, and support
• Responsible for the accurate processing, monitoring, confirmation, and settlement of derivative transactions, in strict compliance with service-level and compliance requirements
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the entire derivatives trading lifecycle, from execution to settlement

Requirements

• At least 3–4 years of experience in executing client orders in OTC derivatives, exchange-traded derivatives, digital assets, and stocks/ETFs is required
• Provide first-class customer relationship management using a proactive, solution-oriented approach to meet the highest service standards
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and continuously improving processes and systems
• Do you have the ability to collaborate effectively within teams and across functions, with a strong commitment to excellence, integrity, and outstanding customer service?
• You are able to quickly identify and solve problems by using common sense to come up with efficient and effective solutions
