Multifonds Fund Product Owner

The role

We are looking for a Product Owner for our Fund Admin platform who will play an important role in the transformation of our company into an agile organization.

• Take overall responsibility for the product vision, backlog prioritization and roadmap as product owner of our future Fund Admin solution landscape
• Deep understanding of the needs of the fund admin delivery organization, translation of business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritization of epics and user stories

What we wish for

• Expertise with vendor software products for fund administration and fund accounting
• Expertise with Multifonds vendor software is required
• Experience in delivering complex products to clients, ideally within the financial sector, particularly in the area of Fund Admin Services
• Solid knowledge of financial instruments along the fund administration value chain
• Experience in agile environments with a strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (e.g. as a product owner in a Scrum team)
• Ability to set outcome-oriented goals, such as the use of OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)
• Team player with enthusiastic and proactive personality, real supporter and analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong active listening and communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration
• Certified Professional Scrum Product Owner
