Murex Business Analyst / Developer (Full-Time) (f/m/d)
We are looking for an experienced Murex Business Analyst/Developer to participate in strategic projects and business initiatives, with over 10 years of experience in the financial industry using Murex. The candidate should have a deep understanding of trading applications and Murex products and be able to work independently as part of a global team.
Tasks
- Participation in the analysis and implementation of business logic
- Discussing requirements and solutions with business owners and stakeholders
- Coordination and execution of functional testing for new features and bug fixes
- Supporting end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Continuous improvement of the platform
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, financial markets, banking, or a related field
- Financial Engineering or Programming (preferred)
- Over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, including Murex
- A deep understanding of trading applications from start to finish
- Excellent understanding of spot FX, FX options, precious metals, and bonds
- Extensive technical and business experience with Murex (MX.3.1), including the FICC modules
- In-depth understanding of lifecycle events, simulation/Livebook, P&L, and risks
- Extensive experience in designing and configuring pre-trade rules
- Knowledge of Murex Datamart reporting
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems and database/SQL queries (Oracle, Sybase)
- Ability to work independently within a global team environment and take the initiative with a positive attitude
- Strong analytical thinking skills to specify and document requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
