Head of Talent Development / HR Business Partner
Migros Bank is looking for a junior manager or HR business partner (50-100% permanent position) for the Bern and Basel regions to supervise trainees and act as a contact person for specialist departments and supervisors. The position offers flexible working conditions, home office opportunities, and individual support.
Tasks
As an HR business partner, you will be responsible for supporting trainees during their training with regular semester meetings and individual support. Your tasks will include:- Close cooperation and direct contact with specialist departments and line managers to ensure the optimal induction of trainees
- Consulting for supervisors on personnel management issues and for employees on HR-related matters
- Supporting transformation processes
Requirements
For this position, we require:- 5–10 years of HR business partner experience and professional experience
- Federal Certificate in Human Resources
- German (native speaker) and French (business fluent)
- Proven experience as an HR business partner and relevant professional experience
- Experience in recruiting and supervising trainees
- Enjoy working with young adults in a small team and have a confident and engaging manner when dealing with their stakeholders
- High degree of independence and a strong service orientation combined with excellent communication skills
