Head of Talent Development / HR Business Partner

Tasks

As an HR business partner, you will be responsible for supporting trainees during their training with regular semester meetings and individual support. Your tasks will include:

• Close cooperation and direct contact with specialist departments and line managers to ensure the optimal induction of trainees
• Consulting for supervisors on personnel management issues and for employees on HR-related matters
• Supporting transformation processes

Requirements

For this position, we require:

• 5–10 years of HR business partner experience and professional experience
• Federal Certificate in Human Resources
• German (native speaker) and French (business fluent)
• Proven experience as an HR business partner and relevant professional experience
• Experience in recruiting and supervising trainees
• Enjoy working with young adults in a small team and have a confident and engaging manner when dealing with their stakeholders
• High degree of independence and a strong service orientation combined with excellent communication skills
