Tasks

As a junior staff manager, you will coordinate our junior staff and trainee programs and provide support in the recruitment process. Your other tasks will include:

• Supporting trainees during their training with regular meetings and individual support
• Close cooperation and direct contact with the specialist departments and the managing director to ensure optimal training for trainees
