Next-Gen Client Relationship Officer (CRO)

EFG Bank is seeking a Next-Gen Client Relationship Officer (CRO) with at least 3 years of experience in Priority/Premier Banking to build long-term relationships with clients and support their financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, a solid understanding of financial products and compliance issues, and excellent relationship-building skills.

As a Next-Gen Client Relationship Officer (CRO), you will be part of our team dedicated to meeting our clients’ needs. We are building the next generation of relationship-oriented, digitally savvy, and ambitious relationship managers who are ready to transition into private banking.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Focus on intergenerational wealth transfer and next-generation customer retention
  • Digital Asset Advisory Capabilities
  • Providing regulated investment advice to clients and working with them to meet their financial needs and goals
  • Proactively advising and consulting with clients, explaining the financial services available, providing information about investment options and potential risks, and recommending investments
  • Building and developing profitable client relationships and acquiring new assets for the bank, with the goal of growing and improving the business and delivering value to clients and prospective clients
  • Stay up to date on economic, political, and cultural developments in relevant customer markets
  • Cross-selling of other EFGI products and services, where appropriate

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in priority/premier banking
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, AML issues, and cross-border regulations
  • Strong knowledge of financial products
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Completed CACS Papers 1 and 2
  • Digitally literate
  • Strong relationship-building skills
