Next-Gen Client Relationship Officer (CRO)

Job description

As a Next-Gen Client Relationship Officer (CRO), you will be part of our team dedicated to meeting our clients’ needs. We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial CRO who can help our clients achieve their financial goals.

Tasks and responsibilities

The main duties and responsibilities include:

• Focus on intergenerational wealth transfer and next-generation customer retention
• Digital Asset Advisory Capabilities
• Providing regulated investment advice to clients and working with them to meet their financial needs and goals
• Proactively advising and consulting with clients to educate them about available financial services, investment options, and potential risks, and to provide investment recommendations
• Acquiring and developing client relationships and securing new assets for the bank in order to grow and enhance the business and deliver value to clients and prospective clients
• Stay up to date on economic, political, and cultural developments in relevant customer markets
• Cross-selling of other EFGI products and services, where appropriate

Requirements

The requirements for this position include:

• At least 3 years of experience in Priority/Premier Banking
• Strong knowledge of compliance, AML issues, and cross-border regulations
• Strong knowledge of financial products
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit
• Tech-savvy
• Strong relationship-building skills
