As a Next-Gen Client Relationship Officer (CRO), you will be part of our team focused on the next generation of relationship-oriented, digitally savvy, ambitious, and high-performing Priority/Premier Relationship Managers who are ready to transition into private banking.Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Focus on intergenerational wealth transfer and next-generation client engagement
- Digital Asset Advisory Capability
- Providing regulated investment advice to clients and working with them to meet their financial needs and goals
- Proactively advising and consulting with clients, explaining the financial services available, providing information about investment options and potential risks, and recommending investments
- Building and developing deep, profitable client relationships and acquiring new assets for the bank, with the goal of growing and improving the business and delivering value to clients and prospects
- Stay up to date on economic, political, and cultural developments in relevant customer markets
- Cross-selling of other EFG products and services, where appropriate
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in priority/premier banking
- Strong knowledge of compliance, AML issues, and cross-border regulations
- Strong knowledge of financial products
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Completed CACS Papers 1 and 2
- Tech-savvy
- Strong relationship-building skills
