We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial candidate to serve as a Next-Gen Client Relationship Officer (CRO) in Singapore, who is ready to enter the private banking industry.

Tasks and responsibilities

The main duties and responsibilities include:
  • Focus on intergenerational wealth transfer and next-generation customer retention
  • Digital Asset Advisory Capabilities
  • Providing regulated investment advice to clients and working with them to meet their financial needs and goals
  • Proactive advice and consultation with clients, explaining available financial services, educating clients about investment options and potential risks, and recommending investments
  • Building and developing deep, profitable customer relationships and acquiring new customers and assets for the bank, with the goal of growing and improving the business and delivering value to customers and prospects
  • Stay up to date on economic, political, and cultural developments in relevant customer markets
  • Cross-selling of other EFG products and services, where appropriate

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:
  • At least 3 years of experience in Priority/Premier Banking
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, AML issues, and cross-border regulations
  • Strong knowledge of financial products
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Completed CACS Papers 1 and 2
  • Tech-savvy
  • Strong relationship-building skills
