As a Next-Gen Client Relationship Officer (CRO), you will be part of our team dedicated to meeting our clients’ needs. Our CROs are an integral part of our success story, and our clients are at the heart of everything we do.Tasks and responsibilities
As a Next Generation CRO, your responsibilities include the following:- Focus on intergenerational wealth transfer and next-generation customer retention
- Digital Asset Advisory Capability
- Providing regulated investment advice to clients and working with them to meet their financial needs and goals
- Proactively advising and consulting with clients to explain the financial services available to them, educate them about investment options and potential risks, and provide investment recommendations
- Acquiring and developing client relationships and securing new assets for the bank in order to grow and enhance the business and deliver value to clients and prospective clients
- Stay up to date on economic, political, and cultural developments in relevant customer markets
- Cross-selling of other EFGI products and services, where appropriate
Requirements
For this position, we require:- At least 3 years of experience in Priority/Premier Banking
- Strong knowledge of compliance, AML issues, and cross-border regulations
- Strong knowledge of financial products
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Tech-savvy
- Strong relationship-building skills
