Next-Gen Client Relationship Officer (CRO)

As a Next-Gen Client Relationship Officer (CRO), you will be part of our team dedicated to meeting our clients’ needs. Our CROs are an integral part of our growth and success, and our clients are at the heart of everything we do.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

As a Next Generation CRO, your responsibilities include the following:

• Focus on intergenerational wealth transfer and next-generation customer retention
• Digital Asset Advisory Capability
• Providing regulated investment advice to clients and working with them to meet their financial needs and goals
• Proactively advising and consulting with clients, explaining the financial services available, providing information about investment options and potential risks, and recommending investments
• Acquiring and developing profitable client relationships and securing new assets for the bank, with the goal of growing and improving the business and delivering value to clients and prospective clients
• Stay up to date on economic, political, and cultural developments in relevant customer markets
• Cross-selling other products and services offered by the bank, when appropriate

Requirements

For this position, you need:

• At least 3 years of experience in Priority/Premier Banking
• Strong knowledge of compliance, AML, and cross-border regulations
• Strong knowledge of financial products
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit
• Completed CACS Papers 1 and 2
• Tech-savvy
• Strong relationship-building skills
