Next-Gen Client Relationship Officer (CRO)
EFG Bank is seeking a Next-Gen Client Relationship Officer in Hong Kong with at least three years of experience in Priority/Premier Banking who can leverage an entrepreneurial mindset and digital expertise to build new client relationships in private banking. The role involves advising clients on investment strategies, focusing on intergenerational wealth transfer, and acquiring profitable client relationships.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Focus on intergenerational wealth transfer and engaging the next generation of clients
- Digital asset advisory capabilities
- Provide regulated investment advice to clients and work with clients to help them meet their financial needs and goals.
- Proactively advise and consult with clients, explaining the types of financial services available, educating them about investment options and potential risks, and providing investment advice
- Acquire and develop profitable client relationships at the agreed levels across the Bank’s investment products, services, and offerings
- Stay informed about economic, political, and cultural developments in relevant client markets
- Cross-sell other EFGi products and services as appropriate
Role Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Priority/Premier Banking
- Good knowledge of compliance, AML, and cross-border regulations
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Good knowledge of financial products
- Digitally savvy
- Have strong relationship-building skills
