Next-Gen Client Relationship Officer (CRO)
EFG is seeking a Next-Gen Client Relationship Officer in Singapore with at least three years of experience in priority banking, specializing in international wealth transfer and digital wealth management. The position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, in-depth knowledge of compliance, and completion of the CACS exams.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Focus on international wealth transfer and engaging the next generation of clients
- Expertise in advising on digital assets
- Acquiring and developing agreed-upon stages of profitable customer relationships, as well as acquiring prospective customers
- Providing regulated investment advice to clients and working with them to meet their financial needs and goals
- Responsibility for meeting clients' needs and goals with regard to available financial services, providing education on investment options and potential risks, and making investment recommendations
- Monitoring economic, political, and cultural developments in the relevant geographic markets
- Cross-selling of other EFGI products and services, as appropriate
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Priority/Premier Banking
- Strong knowledge of compliance, AML issues, and cross-border regulation
- Strong knowledge of financial products
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Completion of CACS Papers 1 and 2
- Tech-savvy
- Strong relationship-building skills
