• Together with the team across three branches in the canton of Aargau, you will oversee loan processing and provide customer service for clients in the Frick region.
• As part of our corporate strategy, you will focus on ensuring the long-term viability of our branches and identify opportunities for further growth with private banking, investment, and financing clients.
• You’ll find it exciting to bring in new clients for AKB. To do this, you’ll leverage your existing network and the contacts you’ve built while handling proposals and representing AKB in the region.
• As an inspiring leader, you are committed to developing new business areas and managing multiple branches, as well as to the engagement and development of your team.

What you bring with you

• You began your career in banking with an apprenticeship and are already in a leadership role, or you are highly motivated to take on your first leadership position.
• You are a true point of contact for the employees at your branch; therefore, you are your own most important factor for success.
• Your strengths lie in respectful communication. With openness, dedication, and enthusiasm, you are able to effectively lead your employees and customers.
