• Do you enjoy working with people and do you also enjoy taking on operational and personnel responsibility?
• Together with your team of four customer advisors, you will support customers in the Mellingen region.
• As part of our corporate strategy, you will be responsible for achieving the set goals and targets for sustainable development and identifying the potential for further development of private banking and corporate clients.
• You enjoy acquiring new customers for AKB. To do so, you utilize your existing network or contacts that you maintain through your work in tendering and representing AKB in the region.
• As an inspiring leader, you are committed to the further development of our business strategy and organization, as well as the deployment and development of your team.

What we offer

• Your application and training period with us lasts approximately 3 to 6 months. After that, you will be recognized at the MAS or Master's level.
• You already have leadership experience or have the willingness/skills profile to develop quickly in this area.
