What you can expect

• You enjoy the contact with people and you support our customers spartanly and personally:
• Together with your team of 10-12 customer advisors, you accompany customers and their regions Mellingen.
• As part of our corporate strategy, you are responsible for the daily follow-up of customer concerns and recognize the potential for further development of private banking services.
• It encourages you to win new customers for AKB. To do this, you use the network or contacts that you maintain in the region as part of AKB's offer, credit and repetition work.

What you bring with you

• You have gained your professional and management experience in banking by completing an apprenticeship in the financial sector or at school, or by gaining a Master's degree.
• You provide the indispensable core competence in financing, pensions and matters, working in private customer and business consulting.
• Your experience gives you the maturity to promote and develop your employees.
• A successful day for you is when you can make new outings of your own and nurture clients, whether in banking or relationships, or as part of our "more than banking" opportunities.
• You enjoy developing your presentation process with initiative and forward-looking, analytical planning.
