The Non-Financial Risk Specialist is responsible for the identification, assessment, management, monitoring and reporting of non-financial risks and the development of risk management strategies. The focus is on the implementation and monitoring of guidelines and controls in the area of risk management.

Non-Financial Risk Specialist 80%-100% (m/f/d)Tasks
- Update coordinator for the NAVEX policy management database and system maintenance/updates
- Maintaining and tracking the implementation of global policies at all Group locations and related communication
- Consolidation of input from international locations on GMS applicability and implementation for key stakeholders, risk managers and senior management
- Management of the GMS deviation/non-applicability workflow tool and associated processes
- Support with the introduction and implementation of the GMS in newly established/acquired units of the Group
- Support the team in managing the implementation and monitoring of Internal Control and performing quality assurance of key controls across all Group sites
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent (preferably in economics, business administration or finance)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in private banking, preferably in audit, compliance, risk or control functions or at a management consulting firm with a focus on market compliance and financial crime compliance issues
- Experience in the creation and management of policy frameworks is an advantage
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
