Non-Financial Risk Specialist 80%-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Overall coordinator for the policy management database NAVEOS and system maintenance/upgrades
• Maintaining and tracking the implementation of global policies at all Group locations and related communications
• Consolidation of input from international locations on GMS applicability and implementation for key stakeholders, risk managers and senior management
• Management of the GMS deviation/non-applicability workflow tool and associated processes
• Support with the introduction and implementation of the GMS in newly founded/acquired units of the Group
• Support the team in managing the implementation and monitoring of Internal Controls and performing quality assurance of key controls across all Group sites

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent (preferably in economics, business administration or finance)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the private banking business, preferably in audit, compliance, risk or control functions or at a management consulting firm with a focus on market compliance and financial crime compliance issues
• Experience in the creation and management of policy frameworks is an advantage
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
